q  Maintain MIS and prepare various reports viz. Daily, Weekly & Monthly review.

q  Assist with Implementation of HR Procedures and Processes.

q  Handling the Employee’s Grievances by providing them appropriate solutions.

q  Responsible for all Statutory Compliances under various Labour Administrative Laws.

q  To improve Employee Morale and Motivation level.

q  Taking accountability of Cost & Benefit Analysis and Implementation.

q  Working as a Communicator between Employee and Management.

q  Initiation / Development any New HR Policy or Procedure.

q  IR Exposure (Handling of Trade Unions/ Multi Trade Unions).

q  Formulate the Welfare Schemes; Procedures and its Implementation.

q  Following, Checking, Verifying Daily Record and Register.

q  Maintain Attendance, Absenteeism & Overtime records along with the Preparation of Salary on time.

q  Prepare Allowance such as Night Shift, Machine Operation, Maintenance, Driver, Travel and Food.

q  Follow up Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control and Contract Labour Planning as well as Allocation.

q  Vehicle Insurance & Claim, Pollution, Road Tax, FC, Repair & Service, Petrol/ Diesel Consumption.

q  Taking care of Front Office, Time Office, Master Database, Courier, Phone, AMC and Notice Board.

q  Visitors and On-Duty Employee’s Hospitality, Ticket, Accommodation, Food, Vehicle Arrangement.

q  Make usable condition such as Canteen, Conference, Lunch, Rest, Dressing, Locker & Wash Rooms.

q  Ensure and Arrange Safety Measures like Safety Shoe, Glass, Earplug, Mask for all level employees.

q  Ensure Quantity & Quality of Tea, Canteen, Drinking Water, Biscuit and Cool Drinks.

q  Arrange basis on requirement, Guest House, Uniform, Shoe, ID Card, Access and Visiting Card.

q  Follow records & availability of First Aid, Stationary, Printer, Xerox, Toner, CUG and pass all bills.

q  Housekeeping in Shop Floor, Rooms, Office, Canteen, Roads and Garden and other general cleaning.

q  Handle corresponding Letters, Filling, Coping, Printing, Demand Draft, Postal, Fax, Petty Cash.

Conduct Cultural Activities, Sports and Games, Issuing Certificates/ Materials/ Prize.
